Quesadillas Share this recipe

4.0/5 rating (3 votes)

  • A bunch of 8 inch flour tortillas
  • 1 can of diced green chiles
  • Monterey jack cheese (grated

  1. Warm tortillas on a dry frying pan, this makes them more flexible. Mix cheese and chilies together and put on one side of the warm tortilla, then fold over.

  2. Place two filled tortillas onto the hot dry frying pan and press down using a fish slice. Flip over and do the other side. When cheese oozes out push it against the tortilla using the fish slice, the cheese will crispin up and add to the deliciousness of the quesadilla.

  3. When you have a bunch ready, serve with your favourite salsa.
