- 2x400g tins Spanish White Beans (drained) or 1 jar Judion Beans
- 2 tblsps. Olive Oil
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 100g Pancetta (chopped)
- 2 Cooking Chorizo
- 2 Morcilla Asturiana
- 1/2 pint chicken stock
- 1/2 Sachet Paella Seasoning
Saute the onion in Olive Oil for 10 minutes, stir in the chopped Pancetta and garlic, fry for 5 minutes.
Pour in the stock and put in the whole Chorizo and Morcilla and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove Chorizo and Morcilla, let cool slightly then slice.
Add the drained Beans and Seasoning and simmer for 10 minutes.
Return Chorizo and Morcilla to the pot for the final 5 minutes of cooking. Serve with big chunks of bread.
