Beef & Mushroom Black Pepper Stir Fry Share this recipe

- 400g of thin pounded steak, cut into strips
- 1/2 red pepper (sliced)
- 1/2 green pepper (sliced)
- 1/2 onion (sliced)
- sliced mushrooms
- 1 pack AHG Black Pepper Stir Fry
Stir fry the vegetables in a wok with a little oil for 3-4 minutes, add the meat and keep frying for 2 minutes.
Add sachet of AHG and stir fry for a further 2 minutes. Serve over rice.
