Beef & Mushroom Black Pepper Stir Fry Share this recipe

Ingredients

  • 400g of thin pounded steak, cut into strips
  • 1/2 red pepper (sliced)
  • 1/2 green pepper (sliced)
  • 1/2 onion (sliced)
  • sliced mushrooms
  • 1 pack AHG Black Pepper Stir Fry

Directions

  1. Stir fry the vegetables in a wok with a little oil for 3-4 minutes, add the meat and keep frying for 2 minutes.

  2. Add sachet of AHG and stir fry for a further 2 minutes. Serve over rice.
