Vietnamese Lettuce Leaf Stuffed with Minced Pork Share this recipe

  • 500g of minced pork
  • 1 sachet AHG Lemongrass Marinade
  • 3 shallots (chopped)
  • lettuce leaves (iceberg)
  • 1/2 a cucumber (thinly sliced)
  • Thai Taste Mango Dressing


  1. In a little oil soften the shallots, add the minced pork and cook for 20 minutes until cooked through. Add the AHG Lemongrass Marinade and simmer for 15 minutes.

  2. Wilt the lettuce leaves by dipping in boiling water and drain. Present on a platter and help yourselves. Take a lettuce leaf, fill with pork a few slices of cucumber and drizzle over some Thai Taste Mango Dressing, fold up and enjoy.
